How do I receive my report? ▾
Your report is delivered as a PDF to the email address you provide at checkout. Nothing is shipped — everything is digital.
How long does delivery take? ▾
Most reports are delivered within 24 hours of you completing the questionnaire. During busy periods it may take up to 48 hours.
What happens after I order? ▾
You'll receive a short questionnaire by email. Answer it honestly — your responses are what personalise the report — and we'll generate your report from them.
Are my answers private? ▾
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, and deleted on request. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.
Can I get a refund? ▾
Because reports are digital and delivered instantly, completed reports are non-refundable. If your report hasn't been delivered within 7 days, you're eligible for a full refund.
Do I need to create an account? ▾
No. You can order without creating an account — just an email address is enough.
Is this a subscription? ▾
No. Every report is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.
How is the report actually generated? ▾
